To attract more customers, Good&Co needed a new registration experience.
Users had to endure 5 registration steps—all requiring input—before ever seeing the product
Asking for payment upfront caused a 97.2% drop off rate
Users did not “trust” the product, so it was highly unlikely that any user would invite team members before using the product first hand
To build goodwill with the user, I proposed a 14 day free trial on a single landing page. I emphasized free and no credit card required in the visual treatment and, instead of 5 steps, I required only the most essential information to get started.
Teamwork Pro is a hiring tool that allows recruiters to evaluate and compare soft skills from job candidates. Once a candidate completes a personality assessment, Good&Co applies a scientific algorithm that shows how well the candidate’s personality would fit in with the current team. I worked closely with our UX design team to not only make the dashboard more intuitive, but also explain each section.
Users did not understand why filters were important
Users couldn’t understand which filters were selected
76% drop off rate after the second selection

The UX design team opted for filtering to allow recruiters to pick and choose which criteria to apply. To help the recruiter understand when and how the filter was activated, our team chose a sliding on/off button. As each filter compares a candidate to a different aspect of the team or work environment, I created the text to explain what each filter measured and also when to use each filter.
