
Over 9 million US service members and their families are entitled to TRICARE, the military health benefit. To help our military understand and access health care, I created newsletters, briefings, and brochures for all types of service members and their unique benefits. Each product met accessibility standards, including Flesch-Kincaid Readability scoring.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) launched the ICARE—an acronym for VA’s core values: Integrity, Commitment, Advocacy, Respect, Excellence—branding campaign at 8 VA medical centers across the United States. To drive implementation of ICARE at each facility, I created toolkits that included marketing materials, an onboarding presentation and implementation guidelines.
